P90X3 Eccentric Upper Knee-Jerk

Just finished day 1 of block 2 so here is my knee-jerk reaction.  The best part about starting a new block is that all of this is new so I’m preforming a lot of the exercises for the first time.  This routine is a good one… like it kinda hurts to type right now.  It’s an upper body workout that runs through a series of push-ups, pull-ups and strength training with dumbbells.  Some pretty standard exercises except that you are moving slow on the downward motions then exploding up.  Something about 40% muscle growth blah, blah, blah.  It was hard to hear Tony speak over my whimpering.  Long story longer, I’m pretty impressed with this 30 minute routine… and glad that I won’t see it again until next Monday!
