P90X3 Block 2 Day 6 MMX

This one is similar to the Kempo X workout from P90X, a lot of throwing punches and kicks to get ya working.  I found my first attempt at this one a little rough getting the hang of some of the more complex combo moves.  That will keep getting easier with some practice.  All and all not a bad Saturday morning workout, my body as a whole is pretty sore after this first week of block 2.  Happy Saturday peeps!
