Welcome to my blog! So a few years ago it became apparent to me that it was time to make some positive changes to my life by way of improving my health. This whole healthy living bit was uncharted territory to me so I was starting from scratch. I was trading in morning trips to the drive thru for exercise sessions and kale smoothies. It has been a challenging, rewarding journey and I’ve learned a few things along the way. I’ve lost over 40 pounds and I’ve gotten into the best shape of my life. I’m pretty far from where I want to be but I’m a lot better than I was. I’m learning to enjoy a healthier lifestyle and improving everyday. I created this blog to share some stories of my journey and to hear stories from other peeps! I try not to take anything too seriously and some days my sarcasm flows heavier than others. I hope to provide an entertaining forum on the topics of health, fitness and life in general. Maybe it will be motivating, maybe inspirational but definitely fun.
