The painter’s tape is back out, that can only mean one thing… AGILITY X! Day 58 of the overall program.
Back to Pilates X. I didn’t care for this one at the end of block one and I still don’t like it much. I don’t know, I just don’t get it… I’ll take yoga over Pilates andyday. Anyways, good morning peeps!
Overall day 52 of the program and almost done with block 2. The Accelerator is 30 minutes of cardio at 2 speeds, fast and faster.
All about burning out the legs this morning. 3 more days then I move into the Transition/Recovery week of block 2. #Riseandgrind
